The competitive cycle

The NUFA Champion of the Universe competition always starts on Saturday or

on the Saturday before September 12th of an odd starting game year.

The final for the NUFA Champion of the Universe Cup always starts on a Saturday on or

on the Saturday before July 24th of the following even year.

The final is always held at the NUFA Niedersachsenstadion of Hannover in Germany.

The competition mode

The participating national NUFA associations must register

their 22 players with NUFA by July 31st of the starting game year.

The game is played in a knockout system with a two-way game (home and away game).

On August 1st of a starting game year, the first round will be drawn until the semi-finals.

This always takes place on Trammplatz in front of the New Town Hall in Hannover / Germany at 8:15 p.m. local time.

Depending on the field of participants, there may be a corresponding number of free tickets in the first round / the first rounds.

Round 1: 06.09. - 02.10.

Round 2: 09.10. - 05.11.

Round 3: 12.11. - 08.12.

Round 4: 15.12. - 10.01.

Round 5: 07.03. - 02.04. 1/8 finals

Round 6: 09.04. - 05.05. 1/4 final games

Round 7: 12.05. - 07.06. 1/2 final games

Round 8: 18.07. - 31.07. final

From a team perspective, there is exactly 14 days between

the kick-off of the home game and the kick-off of the away game.

The winners of rounds 1 to 7 are determined a maximum of 21 days after the first kick-off.

There is no away goals rule.

There is no extension.

There is no 11m shooting.

In the event of a tie after the first and second leg, the NUFA customer decide.

After the 10th yellow card, the player is immediately excluded from the running competition.

His previously earned fee goes to the NUFA general account.
